We accept luggage of less than 200cm (total length of 3 sides (Width + Depth + Height) ) and up to 30kg.

We cannot accept pets and other animals, cardboard boxes, cool/frozen food, dangerous substances, securities and illegal goods.

We can keep your luggage up to 3 months on a weekly basis.

We deal with it one week before the day you want to return. However, we cannot refund the storage fee even if the storage period shortens. Also, you cannot take out som items from the luggage.

Yes, you can. However, it will be a new application.

There is no limit as we have our own storage space.

As a guide, contact us a week before so that we can deliver your luggage to your designated address. However, it may take more than 3 days reaching the destination (such as remoted islands).

We're afraid we cannot ship luggage overseas. This service is available only in Japan.

We're afraid the service is not available.

Use a measurement application on a smartphone or a measuring tool at a convenience store.

We can send your luggage to the shipping address and the receiver you've designated at the time of application only.

Specify a certain airport as the shipping address.

We are afraid we don't compensate for damages and breakages on such occasios.

You need to submit a public document that shows the relationship between you and the new receiver.

They are the total amounts of Storage fee + Shipping fee (return). As an initial expense, you can pay it all at once.

The governing law is the Japanese law and any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tokyo District (or Summery) Court.

Yes, you can. However, it is nonrefundable.

Yes, you can. You must contact us on the extended period a week before.

You can change it. You must contact us on the change a week before.

We compensate for the loss and damages of the stored luggage arising from our negligence during storage at a maximum of 10,000 yen for one piece of luggage.
